Foie Gras - on house made brioche toast point with shallot marmalade and carbonated grapes

Caramelized onions stewed in beef broth, topped with baguette croutons and gruyere cheese

White fish wrapped in paper, with herbs, lemon, served with a side of grilled asparagus topped with hollandaise

BOEUF BOURGUIGNON

Slow-cooked beef served with mushrooms, pearl onions, and smoked bacon and red wine gravy. Side of French bread and herbed butter
